Four WMHCTA volunteers and a six-year-old grandson braved spring weather to install nine WMHCTA-made signs in the McGraw and Spring Creeks area of Hells Canyon Wilderness. They encountered wind, rain, and snow, as well as sunny blue skies and songbirds over the four day project. The first part was based out of Copper Creek Trailhead, and for the second part the crew backpacked into the Wilderness to complete signing the trail system in the area. Thank you crew for working on our first backcountry project of the 2022 season and getting those new signs out onto the Forest (and thank you to our signmaker, Joel Malstrom, for providing the signs)!
